At STEELMAN Tools, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your gear back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
