The dual scale display is able to show temperature readings in both farenheit and centigrade (celsius) with two independent scales for 0-300 F and 0-150 C. This stainless steel tool has a bimetallic design that operates reliably without the need for batteries or external power and can be easily recalibrated with a wrench and a cup of ice water thanks to the hex nut on the back of the display.
